Today we see ourselves as the guardians of old recipes and traditions, as well as a modern service company and specialty manufacturer. Our product range encompasses classic pastries and cakes, chocolates, pralines, and gingerbread, as well as coffee and ice-cream specialties.<\/p>\n<p>Our central service promises are <strong>high product quality<\/strong>, <strong>customer orientation<\/strong> in the form of top <strong>consultation services<\/strong>, and fulfilling <strong>special requests<\/strong>. As a family business, <strong>employee satisfaction<\/strong> is as much a concern to us as <strong>social commitment<\/strong> to the weakest members of our society. We are <strong>regionally<\/strong> rooted \u2013 <strong>Wachau and the Waldviertel are our home<\/strong>.
